In my first post I mentioned that I don't like going to the gym like most people. So what exactly do I use on my daily routines?
Well I use a few tools that I just kind of picked up here and there. Here are some photos of what I use!
What do you guys use at home? Any tips and tricks? Let me know ! :)
Here is there Yoga. There are two levels and right now I'm obviously on level 1. Never doing yoga before it's a bit hard on me, even just the level one. But this isn't normal yoga, she gets you moving to help shred the fat faster, and boy can you feel it !
Each day I am getting a little further then the day before. I gave up today, but then pushed myself to keep on going!
I haven't tried this one yet, but I have watched it just to get an idea of what I'll be doing. I'm glad that I didn't just jump right into this! I'll be working my way up to this eventually. Perhaps in the next month I'll give it a shot. I also don't have much room in my current living space. So I will have to make some room, go to my mom's or wait until the new place.
What I don't like is it says there's a meal plan included. I didn't get anything in the DVD, but it's online and from what I read and "signed up" for you actually have to pay for it. Which kind of sucks that they don't put that on the DVD.
Above: Obviously just a view of my DVDs and my weights and my red Special K* yoga mat!
To the Right: These are my 5lbs hand weights that I haven't used just yet, but you can also ad them to your legs to ad resistance. This how ever did come with a weight training guide. I misplaced it, but it was pretty cool they included it to give ideas on how to use them in different ways!
This DVD I bought a few years ago I think when I first tried getting into some kind of shape. It wasn't very successful since I gave up so easily. So I will be trying this again soon!
And this here is the Ab Circle. My mom had bought it a few years ago too, but she didn't really liked it and just recently gave it to me if I could find any use for it. And well ... I don't really see how anyone can get much exercise out of it. Plus, the knee pads broke and so did the counter, and it also not all that stable, even with all the pins and things in place it still wabbles and turns if you put too much weight on one side.
So, I don't know if this will be anything other than just something to fool around with, with my friends.
