While I did create a whole new blog using a different email, google makes things confusing as hell and I can't sign into it. So, looks like I'm doing it on this blog.
Two days ago I started my own 30 day challenge and I must say I am failing a lot. Except on somethings like no pop or sugary snacks and going to the gym.
Maybe I'll post what I made up another day. I'm too lazy to grab my paper from upstairs ahah. I do a lot of classes at my local gym. Especially zumba, except lately it's been getting less fun because it' starting to hurt. I also am starting to add at least a 30 minute run each time I go to the gym and gradually work my way up.
I have been reading a fitness magazine called Oxygen, and I must say it was a really good buy! Some really awesome inexpensive at home workouts! I will be trying each one as I go along. It also comes with a free two week meal plan that is easy to repeat every week or mix up the two different week food so you don't get board, unless you're like me and like to repeat things. I don't think anyone can go wrong buying a booklet that is about 12$ compared to the 50$ gym membership a month,.
Today I did zumba at the gym and did my weigh in, I now weight 160! I am down 10 lbs! Not from twos but from before doing the 30day thing and starting to eat clean and cutting out pop. This has motivated me to keep going, even if I only do a class, or only do a 30 minute run. Some movement is better than none! And I must admit I feel a little more energized the more I continue this journey!
Now, this week is a busy week for me, so I am going to try my best and keep going even at home!
Good Luck to every!
AND don't be shy to share your stories and following me to watch my progress! I will post before and after photos soon!
